2016 05 Sequedin well drilling (4)Burkina Faso is a hot, arid country where sources of clean accessible water are all too rare.

Many rural communities have to rely on unclean supplies, access to which may involve many hours of hot walking.

We are committed to provide water and sanitation to more villages, including Sequedin, where a drilling team recently arrived to drill a well.  Pictured is the moment where the drillers struck water, a supply that is both plentiful and clean.

The new well will help to provide a safe and accessible supply of water for a community of over 2,000.
