Work is getting underway on two more wells in Burkina Faso thanks to generous donations from our supporters.

Two communities, in the villages of Lago and Tomba, are set to receive the gift of clean, accessible water in the coming weeks as drilling teams set to work to find water for families that previously relied on distant and unsafe sources of supply.

The new wells will serve over 5,000 people, but this is just the beginning of plans we have developed with our partners for the coming years.  Working with a range of local organisations, we have developed a much larger WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) programmer designed to provide water, sanitation, toilets and training for many thousands of people across twelve communities in the north of Burkina Faso over the next five years.

We are still actively fundraising for this work and please consider donating here.
