My name is Balima Jedidia. I am 18 years old. I am in the class of 1ereA4 at the Lycée Privé Évangélique Boulmiougou. I live with my family, made up of my father, my mother and my two older brothers.

For reasons of limited financial resources, my parents cannot pay school fees. So we have difficulty eating properly. This project has played a positive role in my life. I manage to go to school like my classmates thanks to your multifaceted support.

At school the biggest lesson I learned this year is love for neighbour and how to live better in society. My wish is to be an English teacher. I say a big thank you to Transform Burkina and may God give them back to the pennies of their benefits

Hadidja Ouedraogo is 26 years old who gave birth in the maternity unit of the Bethanie Medical Center. Her baby is a boy named Abdullah.

She says "I was helped by the staff and nurse at Bethanie all the way through my pregnancy, starting with the prenatal consultations and ultrasound. I had to walk the two kilometers from home to Bethanie, but the next nearest health center after Bethanie is over 7km from my house. I appreciate the welcome of the staff and I intend to continue using Bethanie for the vaccinations of infants and the follow-up visits for the baby.”
